Below are the Privacy Policy/Terms of Use that this registration agreement is incorporated with.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Important points to note for the envois, in case if they cannot make their presence possible:
- 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the cancellation is made before June 30th, 2019.
- 50% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the cancellation is made between July 1st, 2019 and August 15th, 2019.
- No refund will be made on the cancellation after August 15th, 2019.
The reimbursements will be given after 60 days of conference.
Make sure to abandon your hotel and travelling arrangements on your own behalf in case of withdrawal.
PAYMENT
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. A confirmation email and invoice receipt will be sent via email once the payment is made.
It is prerequisite to pay the full on-site price for the nominated package in case if you arrive on-site with a balance due.
CONFERENCE STUDENT/ACADEMIC RATE
Students are advised to appear with a copy of their class schedule showing 12 units or credits and their valid Identity Card as a proof of their academic status. Individuals will be charged with the full fee if failed to provide the enough evidence of their academic background and affiliation.
