• If you are a presenter, please mention the title and name of the session where it is supposed to be presented.
• If you are a sponsor or exhibitor, please declare all the specifics in your request.
• You may also need to furnish all the details weather you are participating alone or accompanied by someone else in the conference.
• Each individual, seeking for invitation may fill out a separate form. The letters will be emailed in PDF format to the given email addresses. To receive the hardcopy, please write on info@conferencesynergy.com.
• The conference management may request for further information on behalf of attendee’s background, organization or affiliation to verify the cogency of request.
• Conference Management have no access to Chinese Embassies for the support of attendees in that regard, thus, it is advised to claim your travel visa first before having your registration done for the conference. The latter cancellation may charge you an administrative fee.
